This page explains what information this website collects, why, who else sees it, and how to ask us to delete it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

Datajump builds software and AI systems for businesses. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email gr@datajump.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The message you write

All four are required to submit the form. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the message field — it travels by ordinary email.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our servers keep technical logs of requests. These can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use them to keep the site working and to investigate faults.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are strictly necessary ones that make the contact form work — specifically a security token that protects the form against cross-site request forgery, and a short-lived cookie that lets us show you the confirmation message after you submit.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.

Why we use your information

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Under GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted us about our services and we are responding — and, where required, your consent in submitting the form.

We do not use your information to send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services we need to operate:

• Amazon Web Services — hosts this website and delivers our email (Amazon SES). Your submission passes through AWS infrastructure in the United States.
• Our own email inbox — your enquiry arrives as an email that our team reads.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where your information goes

Datajump is based in the United States and your information is processed there. If you are contacting us from the UK, EU, or elsewhere, be aware that your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept in our email for as long as we may need them for the business relationship, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for troubleshooting. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it
• Stop using it
• Confirm that we have not sold it — we have not, and we do not

To exercise any of these, email gr@datajump.com. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
